At the core of Ishver Dholakiya is an astute businessman with a large heart. He always chooses to react ethically. He puts society, his people and his nation before potential short-term profits, and is very socially responsible. He is also a thinker, and ponders over the meaning of life, and how he wishes to live it and exemplify it for the world to imbibe.

Ishver follows his mentors Shri Govindbhai Dholakia & Shri Arjan Dholakia, and is also involved in several sustainability efforts and undertakes social work in the areas of healthcare, education and natural disasters. Some of them are highlighted below:
